All Dear Hancock paper goods are printed on recyclable, FSC approved, green-e certified soft white paper stock. The 100% recycled kraft envelopes come from a hydro-electric paper mill and all Dear Hancock paper goods are printed in the USA. Dear Hancock operates out of a beautiful vintage schoolhouse in Richmond, VA.

Orders are shipped Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) within 3-5 business days for all items, except drop ship items, during non peak season. 

Orders with priority shipping will be processed within 24 hours of receiving (excludes weekends and holidays).

Returns
We offer free returns. You may return an item for refund or exchange within thirty days of purchase. Your item must be unused and in its original condition, including original packaging, in order to be eligible for return or exchange.
