Due to Federal regulations we are unable to ship matches to a PO Box, air ship matches (2-day expedited), ship matches internationally or ship matches outside of the 48 contiguous United States. Matches may only be shipped ground, domestically.

Orders are shipped Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) within 3-5 business days for all items, except drop ship items, during non peak season. 

Orders with priority shipping will be processed within 24 hours of receiving (excludes weekends and holidays).

Returns
We offer free returns. You may return an item for refund or exchange within thirty days of purchase. Your item must be unused and in its original condition, including original packaging, in order to be eligible for return or exchange.

While out on a walk, a thought occurred to Vicki: "If birds can build nests, they could make hats!" With that thought in mind, Vicki Sawyer has been painting her whimsical animal scenes ever since.  We have had the joy of collaborating with Vicki on a full line of paper products which have proven to be best sellers.

Hester & Cook started in the home basement of husband and wife team Robbie and Angie Hester Cook.
